 Shipping Address

We accept PayPal only.

We only ship PayPal payment shipping address. If you want to change the address, you should add a new shipping address before payment.

 Shipping Cost

We ship your order via Hong Kong Post registered airmail service (with tracking number and delivery signed-for). Hong Kong Post is well-know for efficienct and cost-effective service.

First 100g is 3.5 USD, Each Additional 100g is + 1.5 USD
e.g 1: 150g (1 x ps3/x360 normal game) = 3.5 + 1.5 = 5 USD
e.g 2: 500g (3 x ps3 normal games) = 3.5 + 1.5 x 4 = 9.5 USD

Tracking number wil be updated within 1-3 days after shipment. 

 Processing Time

The period that we usually take to retrieve the products you ordered, pack and ship them to you.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of cleared and confirmed payment provided that the items you ordered are in stock.

Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display.

Currently we processes and ships items Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.

We will not be processing or shipping orders on general holidays.

Please note that security measure such as payment verfification for high value orders may cause delay of processing time.

 Shipping Time

The total number of business days (Monday - Friday) it takes you to receive your order, not including processing time.

Estimited Delivery time (for reference only)

• Austraila, United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Asia, vary from 1 to 3 weeks.
• Brazil, France, German, most Europen coutnries, vary from 3 to 6 weeks. 
• All other countres, please expect 4-6 weeks.

However, under certain circumstances such as peak shopping season (Christmas) delivery time could be 1-2 weeks longer than expected.

Delay may caused by the customs clearance process or weather condition in transit which are out of our control.

We will keep you update by Site News in case anything that cause delay of shipment.

 Stock Availability

 Please read these explanations of shipping times according to stock availability:

• Usually ships in 1-2 business day 
  This product usually ships within 1 to 2 business day after your order is placed.
• Usually Ships in 5 to 7 business days 
  It takes 5 to 7 business days to allocate the stock for delivery.
• Pre-Order 
  This product has not yet been released from the publisher or manufacturer, but we are currently taking preorders for it. We will ship you your order as soon as it is available(preorder items usually ship out within 1-2 business days after release)
  
• Sold Out
  This product is currently unavailable from the manufacturer. We are not accepting orders for it at this time. Please check our web site for future availability.

We will update tracking number within 1-3 days after shipment.

 If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately. If you still are not able to locate the package and it is past the shipping timeframe, please contact us so we may be able to resolve the issue.
